Notice to Candidates: New Online Campaign Finance Disclosure System

Hello Candidates,

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Online Campaign Finance Disclosure System, developed through a partnership between the Arkansas Secretary of State Elections Division and ReFrame Solutions. Your participation in this transition is crucial, and we are thrilled to have you as part of this exciting endeavor.

To get started, please follow these simple steps:

1. Register: Visit the new production system at https://ethics-disclosures.sos.arkansas.gov/login and click on the "Register" button to create your account and print your signature card. During registration, please set your registration date to 01/01/2023. If you encounter any issues during registration, please reach out to our support team at (501) 682-5070 for assistance.  We would be happy to assist!
2. Authenticate Your Account:  After your signature card is received by the Secretary of State’s office and your registration is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to authenticate your account. This includes setting up a password and answering a security question to ensure the security of your information.
3. File Q1 and Q2 Disclosure Reports: Once registered, log into your account. Navigate to the Transactions Page and enter any previously filed Q1 and Q2 transactions that need to be migrated to the new system. File Q1 and Q2 Contribution and Expenditure Reports.  This step is crucial for a seamless transition of your historical data for this election cycle.

Upcoming October Report:

A friendly reminder that your Q3 report is due on October 16, 2023. We strongly encourage you to utilize the new system for preparing and submitting your report. The intuitive interface and enhanced features will streamline the process, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
